How our service fees and refunds work.

Flight Assist Network may charge a service fee for the assistance provided by licensed travel agents. This fee is separate from any airline-imposed charges. All fees are disclosed to you before any action is taken, and you must verbally authorize them during your call.
Any fees charged by an airline — including change fees, cancellation fees, or fare differences — are set and collected by the airline under the airline's own policies. Flight Assist Network does not control or refund airline-imposed fees.
If you believe our service fee was charged in error, contact us within 14 days at support@flightassistnetwork.com or 1-833-770-3304. We will review the request and, where the fee was charged in error or the service was not rendered, issue a refund of our service fee.
We cannot refund airline charges, fare differences, or any amounts paid directly to an airline. We cannot guarantee airline refunds — those are decided solely by the airline.
When an airline owes you a refund (for example, after a cancellation), that refund is issued by the airline to your original payment method according to the airline's timeline. Our agents can help you request it, but the airline processes it.
